Description:

The house is designed in the historical district protected by the Department of Cultural Heritage, near Kaunas Ąžuolynas Park. The district was formed in the interwar period. Here, in the then temporary capital the residential houses and villas having a good architecture were built. The plot is well visible from all sides; therefore we set ourselves the task to form a volume of the house, which in its monumentality and material would not make a dissonance with the old houses built on the other side of the street.

The front of the house was finished with granite slabs, ordinary plaster and wood, classic profile sheets.
