The international competition of the exceptional solutions of brick architecture "Baltijos mūras ir stogas 2013“ („Baltic Brick and Roof Award 2013“) organized by Wienerberger AS – the winner in the category of tiled roof.

The goal of this competition is to find and distinguish objects in the construction process of which ceramic bricks, roof ceramic tiles, paving blocks were used in the best way in respect of architectural, technical and syntagmatic approach. Usually projects-winners show a wide range of feasibilities of using ceramics in construction and offer interesting solutions.

The project for planning and buillding of the “Karigė” quarter in Lietuviu str. 30. The residential quarter is designed in the territory of the former furniture factory located in the city center. In the competitive project there was proposed to leave the building fragmented, illuminated and perimetric. The winner of the 3rd place in the Architectural competition.
