Residential project description:
Architects usually start designing a house after listening to the wishes of the client and evaluating the situation of the plot. Both appeared promising in this particular case. Customers had the architectural vision of the house that coincided with the architects thoughts, and the plot turned out to be exceptional, due to surrounding nature and peaceful environment. Everyone agreed that the greatest asset is the hundreds years old oaks on the plot and around it, which creates an exceptional local character. When designing the house, architects strove to open the views towards the park and to form cozy and closed inner courtyard. The architectural idea of designing this house was fullfiled by enclosing the building to the borders of two neighboring plots, leaving only the necessary passage and maximizing the opening of the plot area towards the site edges which are bordering with the oakwood.
